    Pros +

    • Overall, the hotel is quite decent. It has a large territory, two nice pools, and an excellent beach. However, I strongly do not recommend taking the full-board option. The restaurant serving full-board is the only one included; all other restaurants charge extra. The food barely changes between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is essentially the same every day. This leaves you with no choice if you don’t like something or, as in our case, if the food is not fresh—on one occasion it was even spoiled, which resulted in a very unpleasant night. The experience in the restaurant itself is quite bad. It looks like a large cafeteria, very noisy, and table cleaning is done in a sloppy and careless way. There was even an incident with hair in one of the desserts. When we called the waiter to report it, she just laughed, said “sorry,” and walked away. The rooms have a noticeable smell of damp wood, which is a bit unpleasant. In summary, while the hotel grounds, pools, and beach are nice, the full-board dining experience seriously detracts from the overall impression.
    • It’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place ???
    • The staff is very kind and helpful and Buggy TAXI around the whole resort is very convenient. Food in the Japanese restaurant and Beach House are quite good. Swimming Poor in Garden is very clean, it's comfortable and cozy during noon even it's very windy when we were there. Though there are quite lot of guests, we never feel noisy or crowded anywhere in the resort, which is very good for a relaxing holiday. A nice surprise is sunrise at seabeach of hotel looks amazing, totally worth getting up early.

    Cons -

    • Full-board food and restaurant
    • The facilities in our villa are kind of old, lack of good maintenances. For example, TVs in two bedrooms were not working with the remote control and there is very few channel choices. Somehow TV programs got "hiccups" all the time, probably caused on bad internet connection, which forced us use our own internet service from time to time. I'm not sure why the shops near beach and swimming pools do not provide more choices of ice-cream or cold beverage, we had to take fresh coconuts everyday. And the shuttle bus to downtown has huge time interval, which is not very convenient, considering it's hard to spend 7 hours in such a small town.
    • The infrastrutture of the hotel is quite outdated and rusty. It defentely need some renovation. I would not consider it a 5* hotel. More of a 3* with bonus points. Our room had a ocean view balcony but it wasnt appealing to seat outside with very old chairs. The bathroom in our room didn’t have a shower, only a bath, so it was getting totally floaded when showering. Need to have more working coffee machines. There is only one and very slow. The location is 40min drive from downtown and in a very remote area. There is no much around. Very little choices of eating out.

Friendly staff, free transfer to/from airport and town, very rich breakfast , however there is only one coffee machine that is super slow to make any kind of coffee. So it is always a long queue to get a cup of coffee. Rooms are large.

The beach and the pool was nice, one of the best in Cam Ranh in my opinion. The Asian food was exceptional and yummy. And the staff, all of them from receptionists, porters to buggy drivers was so helpful and enthusiastic. Thanks for incredible 4 days and 3 nights

    8CyndiPosted on: 7-19-2024

Very friendly buggy taxi drivers. They were very helpful as well. I think they truly represented the resort and it’s probably the reason why I would come back. Villa was nice and beds were comfortable.

Pool didn’t really have food service. Had to go into the restaurant to order drinks. Need more hooks for towels.More options for tv (Netflix)

Very nice facilities. Beautiful pool & restaurant. Location at beach.

There were a number of things that weren’t actually working in my room eg: lamps next to both sides of bed, clothes line in bathroom, electricity sockets in room (only only 1 out of 6 working). However staff fixed the issues when alerted.

    10JennaPosted on: 2-28-2024

Beautiful location on the beach and a well maintained property near the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 2 pools were lovely. There was an outdoor playground and an indoor playground for the kids. There is a tennis court and a golf driving range. There is also a day spa with a sauna and steam room. There is a buggy that goes every 5 mins from the lobby to the restaurant, pool and beach otherwise it’s a lovely 5 minute walk.

    8SamPosted on: 2-25-2024

Everything is quite good for the price. Facilities are good, it’s clean, the staff are friendly and helpful.

There’s isn’t a single vegetarian meal in any of the 4 or 5 restaurants they have on-site, and there really aren’t any options nearby either.

    8CathyPosted on: 2-22-2024

Nice room and balcony. Beautiful gardens.

Breakfast buffet was super crowded as there are more than 700 rooms at this resort.Restaurants are very overpriced so we walked across the highway to a street of seafood restaurants.

Beautiful place to stay after the busy city. Great place to unwind and do nothing. Nothing around resort 2 restaurants at resort nothing else within walking distance. Good food and cocktails.Very quite resort still getting back on it's feet. Huge rooms and beautiful pools.

Staff limited English was hard to explain what we needed.

Such a relaxing resort. Lovely pools and beach and loved our villa pool.

The pools, breakfast and afternoon tea

    Breakfast

Let me start by telling you that this place is not a five-star resort but at most a 4 stars given the service and facilities the hotel offers ( here in Vietnam its the authority that gives the 5 stars, not a hotel association, no wonder why the pretend to be a 5 stars resort, what a joke!)The staff: The moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcome the staff was rude and the first thing they asked after my passport was my visa ? Sorry what ? Are you an immigration officer ?Do you have the authority to check my immigration status, i don't think so, I've been to several resorts.around and they never ask me that... The front office girl even show me a list of country that they check and other that they don't so this is pure discrimination.....!!!, The staff was not smiling, nor were they speaking English ( but they were speaking Chinese vert well, you understand which client they are targeting, clearly the Chinese, no wonder why i didn't see 1 single Western during my 2 days stays.)The room : It was okay, but you could see that this is not well maintained and it is getting older ( not really what you expect for a resort...)The Hotel: The hotel is badly maintained, the land is not well maintained the grass is gone, the river next to the Villa smells bad, when you go to the beach you're surprised to discover that they didn't display a deckchair bed even though the sea was not good for swimming it doesn't mean that I will not lay down and relax! There is a garbage dump on the beach !!!!!The restaurant beach house is terribly expensive and the quality of the western food is bad! Again, a Vietnamese cook doesn't have the knowledge on how to cook the western food...The only good thing at this hotel is the breakfast, which has a large number of dishes. This hotel is good enough for Vietnamese or Chinese.

Just a beautiful resort in a beautiful location! Staff are extremely helpful and polite and know how to make your feel like you are in a 5* resort! They made up our room which was a nice touch for our honeymoon too!

I absolutely loved everything. The staff are the best in the world, i will actually even miss them after i leave. The bed and room was so comfortable. Food was delicious. Massage was the best ever. Swimming pools were great. Also jetski was great fun. Sea water is warm. There were constant nuggets transport available to get around the resort. It was my best holiday so far. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

I loved everything. I just didn't like having to leave and come home again.

Very clean beach + clear water (July 2023), large front pool area has palm trees and grassed area with easy access to beach. Nice place to relax. Staff are friendly, and well trained. Good selection of food in the Beach House restro. Good for a 3-4 day stay to wind down, then move on. Close to airport (10min drive).

Location was quite remote, so the hotel food and facilities are the only options. Resort was massive, so you need to take the golf buggy if staying in the main high-res building. Bungalows are walkable.

    9IrisPosted on: 7-7-2023

Perfect resort to relax. We stay in the pool villa and it is very close to the beach. Room furnish very well and spacious. Even it has a casino, it is still very quiet and peaceful as the resort is extremely spacious. Staff was confident and speaks fluent English. Proximty to the airport is a plus. Would defintely come back again!

Only if the restaurrant menu can have a bit more authentic vietnamese dishes would be great, or a light lunch menu.

    9IrisPosted on: 7-7-2023

Stay in the premium room which is furnished vey well . Love the garden and the beach. Next day we stay in a pool villa which is even better. Will come back again!

Wish Restaurant can have more variety as we are staying for a few days

    10TaylorPosted on: 4-25-2023

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful. If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place!

It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.
